ATHLOS REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Athlos. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with exchanges, damages, and related issues. Please review our policy below for the necessary details.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer an exchange-only return policy, meaning that you can return your item only to exchange it for another size or product if your original item is damaged or does not fit. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The original tags must be attached.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return for an exchange, please contact us at info@athlosathletics.com. Make sure to include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send any items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it. We will work with you to replace the item or process an exchange.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
These products are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item or size is to process an exchange. After your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. We will issue instructions on how to proceed with the return shipping and order placement.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to exchange your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without providing justification. However, the following conditions must still apply:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The original tags must be attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Please contact us within this period to arrange the return and exchange of the merchandise.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds, but once we’ve received and inspected your returned item for exchange, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
If your exchange is approved, we will process the shipment of the new item. If it is rejected, we will contact you with further instructions.
